Nosey Parker Wants to Know
Why is it that most car parks in Hong Kong appear to have been designed by people whi have never driven a car in their lives?

They've all got drivers, I guess.
They don't park in car parks. They hog the road side on Ice house street above and below Queens Road Central with impunity...
I've noticed in europe that most of the newer car parks have that slippery surface which makes parking in a tight corner a lot easier ...
Is that the same one that makes your tyres squeak when you go round corners?
