Work experience
I had to invigilate an exam last night. There's something curiously restful about watching other people work for three hours - and getting paid for doing so.
Lol. Everyone has to pass exams but more important to me is one understands the teached lessons and has the right intention to use it in the future job. A top scorer doesn't necessarily is the best surgeon....

Are you the cool invigilator who does not really pay attention, or the hawk who has a scary glare and tries very hard to catch out those cheaters?
Somewhere between the two - cool but watchful.
